The Capitol Hill Church of Christ is a congregation that serves a multi-cultural population in the inner city of Oklahoma City. The congregation provides opportunities for spiritual development through weekly worship services, Bible classes, and personal Bible studies, for relational development through strong adult, youth and children’s programs and for physical needs with food and clothing. Currently, the congregation has four full time ministry workers and over 50 regular volunteer workers from around the city.
Our worship time on Sunday is planned to help everyone attending worship God. It features accapella singing, partaking of the Lord Supper, prayer and a lesson from the scriptures. The service is conducted in English and Spanish. Our worship time is at 4:00 pm Sundays.
We have Bible classes on Sunday and Thursday to help us learn more about what the Bible teaches us about God. For adults, we have classes for English speakers and Spanish speakers. We also have classes for toddlers through teens. Our Bible Class times are 5:00 pm Sunday and 7:00 pm Thursday.
At Capitol Hill, we share God’s loves with those that we come in contact with. We do this with Bible teaching, financial counseling, legal aid, English language classes, food, and clothing.
